FEES & GENERAL CONDITIONS

It is important to us that there is clarity regarding fees at the beginning of a case. For better planning, but also in order to avoid misunderstandings. In principle, unless agreed otherwise, our fees are calculated on the basis of the General Criteria for Attorney´s Fees (Allgemeine Honorarkriterien für Rechtsanwälte), published on the homepage of the Austrian Bar Association (www.rechtsanwaelte.at). Alternately, depending on the structure of a case, an hourly fee can be agreed on, depending on the case, or a lump-sum compensation, provided that the services are clearly outlined. We try to react flexibly to different requirements, for instance by staggering fees, depending on whether a previously defined target or success is attained or missed. If a target is attained, a surcharge is added, if it is missed, a deduction is made.
